Holland’s very own “porn for women” cable channel is hosting the very first Dusk Porna Awards, to honor the film best loved by their female panelists over the three years since Dusk began.
“Porna” is Dusk’s witty term for “porn for women”, and the Dutch media has embraced it as a simple way to point out that — yes! — women do enjoy porn too.
I’m super-honored that Skin. Like. Sun., the film I made with friend and collaborator Murielle Scherre (La Fille D’O), is in the 7 nominees for the Dusk Porna Award 2013!

The party’s only open to Dusk’s 1000+ female panelists…a good reason that our female readers here should consider signing up as panelists for next year! The party is called the Zwoel Zomer Event (“Sultry Summer Event”) and will offer sexy performances, comedy by Soula Notos, cocktails, and a chance to personally party with top porna directors such as Anna Span, Erika Lust, and the godmother of us all, Candida Royalle.
