Come see the amazing Sadie Lune in Amsterdam!
In ”Both Sides Of The Screen”, pleasure activist, performance artist, and erotic performer Sadie Lune from San Francisco/Berlin joins erotic film director Jennifer on Wednesday March 21 to create an improvisational performance together showing how sexuality is captured on-screen.
In this unique event, Jennifer and Sadie – a director and an actor — will interview each other about erotic filmmaking with *surprise* questions for each other. Even they don’t know what they will reveal! Topics might cover their creative process, inspirations, regrets, and juicy behind-the-scenes tidbits from their past projects. Throughout, they’ll show clips of their film and performance-art work. (Including Sadie’s recent “Egg,” a “sexy, funny, romantic and dirty visual poem”.)
Then, Jennifer and Sadie will improvisationally bring to life a piece of the new erotic BDSM documentary film that they recently collaborated on together. Jennifer’s upcoming documentary about a young Dutch feminist submissive features an intense bondage/sex/whipping scene between the star of the documentary and Sadie. Jennifer and Sadie will re-stage the mood of the first day of shooting for you, and literally walk you through some of the things they were thinking and feeling while the scene was being captured on film. Note: Jennifer’s film is not yet released and it’s the very first time Sadie and Jennifer are publicly discussing it.
Questions from the audience are warmly encouraged and there will be a “borrel” (drinks party) afterwards for more discussion.
